Ya queda menos para el lanzamiento de UbuntuStudio, una distro de Ubuntu creada específicamente para trabajar con audio y video en tiempo real.
Vía UbuntuFácil (xD), me la he encontrado mientras buscaba como habilitar el "real time" o "tiempo real" en Ubuntu para poder trabajar sin latencias tanto en audio como en video y la verdad, pinta muy suculenta.
Además de correr con el kernel de la Feisty Fawn (2.6.20), trae todas las aplicaciones que merecen la pena preinstaladas, como una ubuntu pero destinada a multimedia. Repito: muy suculenta.
En la página web dicen que sale en Abril. Eso es ya, o sea, que supongo que será cuestión de dias que esté disponible. jurjur.

La verdad es que la gente de Canonical (los que desarrollan Ubuntu) no dejan de currar, hace una semana colgaban la Feisty Fawn que ha dejado a toda la gente maravillada y ahora nos vuelven a deleitar con una distro orientada a multimedia. Osi. El Gran Dia se acerca.
