DESCRIPTION This is a PUREDATA patch wich connects a sensor or group of sensors to any audio app with MIDI input.
DOWNLOAD Download the patch and Ableton basic example arrange from HERE.

INSTALL

  • Unpack the ZIP file
  • Connect your Arduino device to your computer
  • Open Pure Data and choose the MIDI device to use under the preferences menu
  • Open the patch ARDUINO-ABLETON-MIDI_interface_v2.pd and open the main.pd subpatch
  • Select the correct arduino usb port, you can check it using the [list devices] object available in the patch
  • Select the MIDI notes you want to send the data from Arduino
  • Open your audio app and check the connectivity between PureData and the MIDI app input
